Like you, we were working a regular day job and just didn't have the time to dedicate to keeping our pool looking nice so we looked to outside help to make sure our pool and backyard were in top shape for our weekends. However, we were sadly disappointed by the level of service and attention to detail we received from our "pool guy". After shuffling through a number of companies, we decided there was a gap in the market and it was time to fill it.
With a focus on providing a predictable and enjoyable backyard experience for our customers, we have developed a 15 point inspection process that ensures your pool is always ready for your enjoyment. We call this "The Zona Vibe" and we take this seriously. By gathering specific data points about your pool during each visit and running it through our back office analytics, we ensure we are providing the best pool experience to our customers. So much so that we guarantee your pool is "green free". If for some reason we don't live up to that guarantee, we will be back out to your location for a specific visit to remedy the situation. This we can guarantee.
We believe good service starts with good communication. This begins with making it easy for our customers to become customers. Scheduling your first visit is as easy as filling out our scheduling form here on our website. A skilled member of our service team will be there at the time you scheduled to take over care of your pool. During this appointment, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your unique needs and concerns regarding the care of your pool. We'll take the time to learn your pool equipment and your specific pool's characteristics to develop a custom care plan to raise the bar and achieve our unique "Zona Vibe". After each service appointment going forward, we'll continue to execute on the developed plan. You'll receive a report after each regular visit detailing the actions taken that includes pictures and breakdown of your pool chemistry. This allows us to be completely transparent with you about the services we are providing.
